Villa Icon is a private villa located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan, Turkey’s popular holiday resort. This villa, preferred by nuclear families, is rented fully furnished. Villa Icon, which has 4 suite bedrooms, has a total accommodation capacity of 8 people. This private villa, equipped with very high quality and tasteful furniture, has 2 jacuzzis, Turkish bath, sauna, cinema room, billiards and fitness equipment and an indoor pool for your stay during the winter months. Our villa awaits you, our guests who want to have a pleasant villa holiday, in all its splendor.

Note: There is a generator in our villa against power outages.

Note: Outdoor pool heating fee is 3000 TL extra per week.

NOTE: Minimum stay is 4 nights and no cleaning fee is required.

2nd Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned suite family bedroom, with 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. (1st Floor)

3rd Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. (1st Floor)

4th Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned suite family bedroom, with 1 single bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet, as well as a sitting area on the roof terrace, jacuzzi pool, 4 bar chairs and bar table, 2 no. There is a chair. (Penthouse)

There are clean bed linens and towel sets in the bedroom.

Living room: There is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Kitchen: Modern American Kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, tea maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: 8.50 m. x 4m. Our long pool has a depth of 1.55 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, drop swing, garden seating group, garden dining table and barbecue.
