Payment Methods

1. When booking a villa, an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the villa rental amount is paid.

2. Upon check-in to the villa, the remaining amount is paid.

3. When moving into a villa, a deposit is paid in the amount of $200 to $1000, depending on the villa. Upon departure, the deposit is returned, subject to the integrity of the property of the villa.

4. The price of the villa includes: cleaning before entering the villa, electricity WI-FI, water, maintenance of the pool and garden if available.
